Since 1988 (over 30 years), Northside Christian Football Club Inc. (NCFC) has promoted a healthy and active lifestyle to the wider community through football (soccer) and continues to foster a supportive, enjoyable and safe family friendly environment for its members, supporters and guests so that everyone is welcome and valued equally.

 

NCFC is affiliated with Queensland Christian Soccer Association Inc. (QCSA), BFQ Incorporated (BFQ) and Over 35's Football Limited.

  • Boys, Girls, Men & Women
  • Tiny Tots, Junior teams, Men's teams & Women's teams (all skill levels)
  • We cater for competitive and social players
  • Representative Football - District and State teams (from U10's)
  • Our Tiny Tots participate in our NCFC Tiny Tots programs
  • Our Juniors participate in the Queensland Christian Soccer Association Inc. (QCSA) competitions
  • Our Women (Open Age - Competitive Teams) participate in the Queensland Christian Soccer Association Inc. (QCSA) competitions
  • Our Women (Open Age - Social Teams) participate in the BFQ Incorporated (BFQ) competitions
  • Our Men (Open Age) participate in the BFQ Incorporated (BFQ) competitions
  • Our Men (Over 35's & Over 45's) participate in the Over 35's Football Limited (Over 35's Football) competitions
  • NCFC is registered as a "FairPlay" activity provider with the QLD Government, enabling us to receive "FairPlay Vouchers" from eligible players

 

Aims

  • To be a grassroots not-for-profit community sports association (club) that subscribes to the Christian ethos.

  • To foster an environment where everyone is welcome and valued equally.

  • To foster and deliver football in Bridgeman Downs and other areas.

  • To foster the development of the association’s players, volunteers and employees.

  • To be a member association or an affiliate association of its preferred sports governing bodies for football (soccer) in all its forms within the state of Queensland and any other sports governing body that may provide opportunities for the association’s players, volunteers and employees to participate and develop.

  • To agree to abide by the constitution; by-laws; codes of conduct; rules of competition; policies and the terms and conditions of the sports governing bodies that the association is a member of or an affiliate of.

  • To foster a healthy and active lifestyle and an attitude of commitment; confidence; excellence; fair play; friendly competition; friendship; fun; honour; humility; passion; positive encouragement; resilience; respect; sportsmanship; teachability; teamwork; team spirit and trust among the association’s players, volunteers, employees and supporters.

  • To foster a supportive, enjoyable and safe family friendly environment for its members, participants, supporters and guests. 

  • To foster a culture that has a positive influence on people.

  • To foster a culture that has a strong commitment to community and volunteering and developing long lasting friendships.

  • To supply its services and facilities to other organisations for sport and recreation purposes— subject to availability and the management committee's approval.

  • To comply with the laws, rules and regulations of the local, state and federal governments applicable to the association and its facilities. 

  • To promote the association and its objects.
